Chris is the founder of Potencia, an executive coaching practice.

Chris specializes in 3 types of coaching (1) executive coaching, focusing on leadership development (most clients are new to mid-senior level managers), (2) visioning - for yourself, your life, career, or business, and (3) fundamentals coaching. "Fundamentals" refers to deep reflection on your beliefs/philosophy, purpose, values, principles, and identity, so you can get in touch with what you truly want and who you truly are, and ignite the fire within you!

Bio:
Chris Coraggio is a 1st and 2nd generation American, whose Mother is from Cuba and whose grandparents are from Italy and the Netherlands. Chris always wanted to make an impact on future immigrant families, so he did Teach for America in Los Angeles where most students were Latino immigrants. Within 8 years, Chris went from math teacher to coach to Chief of Staff to the Chief Academic and Executive Officers of a district of 30 schools.

Wanting a more global career, Chris got a bilingual MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and returned to the US to become a management consultant with Sol Group. Chris then started his training and launched his own coaching company, Potencia, while starting Sol Group's Executive Coaching practice.
